Job Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branch locations within a specific region or territory. This individual will lead a team of Area Managers to ensure that all locations are operating efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze regional financial and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Hire, train, and develop area managers to maximize productivity and maintain consistent performance levels
  • Coordinate with other department heads to ensure that all operational functions are integrated and optimized across the region
  • Ensure that all branch locations comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local, regional, and national regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community leaders
  • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on regional performance and develop plans for addressing operational challenges
  • Implement technology solutions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supervises the Area Operations Managers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of success in managing multiple locations
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Experience in developing and implementing business plans and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Willingness to travel as needed to visit area and branch locations and attend meetings
