  1. Receives Pre-alert documents.
  2. Follow up document requirement completion and accurate submission to relevant parties of the same.
  3. Create required documentation application, request, datas, etc.
  4. Monitors IMPEX timeline and ensure to meet leadtime requirement.
  5. Manage and control all CHB concerns for both internal and external.
  6. Engages and instructs CHB vendors on the processing and releasing of activities.
  7. Coordinate with the declarant team on the timely computation, correct classification and on time submission of CDT.
  8. Monitor progress of clearance, update reports and provide milestones to relevant parties
  9. Liase with messengers, vendors, etc for the day to day processes of CHB
  10. Plans & schedule with INL team for the truck booking and reservation
  11. Collate, follow up and complete receipts, SOAs and all other documentation required for billing
  12. Create, add and maintain the "Distress Shipments List" for immediate action/escalation to relevant stakeholder Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of Customs Administration. No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. LCB is an advantage but not required. Must be willing to work in Pasay, Makati or Pier 15, Manila.
