  34. New Forms, Templates, or Guidelines JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  35. Graduate of Business Administration or any related field.
  36. At least 1 year of experience in Benefits Administration (specific to government-mandated benefits).
  37. Familiar with MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  38. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid setup).
