Undertake service requests with finesse, ensuring compliance with Asurion's policies.Provide expert technical support for devices, from laptops to smartphones.Identify customers in line with regulations while maintaining a high-quality standard.Maintain exceptional customer service, aiming for a sky-high Net Promoter Score (NPS).Stay ahead in the tech game by continuously updating your knowledge.Make sales recommendations that perfectly suit our clients' needs.Collaborate with the team, sharing technical solutions and contributing to best practices.Qualifications:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent – we're looking for passion and dedication.1 year of BPO technical support experience and 6 months of BPO sales experience – you're our tech hero.Proven experience in supporting others with mobile technology and various devices.
