Arranging flight and Hotel Accommodations of Rank and File employees and Executives.Coordinates with the Travel Agency for the requested flights of KMP employees.Prepares requests for payment for Statement of Account and Billing Statement of Vendors/suppliers, and coordinates with Accounting Department to process the check payment.RecruitmentFacilitates sourcing of applicants through a.) referral, b.) Job advertisement post.Shortlist candidates to evaluate the knowledge and skills required for the position they are applying for.Administer assessment thru phone interview/screening.Coordinates with Supervisor or the requisitioning department in order to schedule the initial face-to-face interview.Provides feedback on job applications of candidates to keep them updated.Communicates the job offer to the candidates.Facilitates the pre-employment requirements and documents of newly hired/newly transferred employeesConduct on-boarding orientation andensure proper endorsement of new hires to their respective teamsEnd-to-end process. On-boarding to off boarding.Compensation and BenefitsCoordinates with the Philippine Government agencies for the mandatory Government Benefits of employees.Communicates with Health Care provider for the Health Care Benefits of employees; Communicates with Travel Insurance provider for the annual renewal of travel insurance for our frequent traveler employees.Coordinate with the Life Insurance partner to enroll the newly hired for Life Insurance Benefits.Schedule the Annual Physical Examination of all employees.Employee RelationsPlan and execute employee engagement activities for the organizationCoordinates with different NGOs for the annual Corporate Social Responsibility.Organize and oversee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.Plan and execute Mental Health Programs for employees.Communicates with the management about the new policy that we will implement.Create and conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey in order for us to know what the organization should improve.Analyze and evaluate employees feedback and discuss it with higher management.Supports the facilitation of relevant HR announcements.Participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits whenever necessary. May also include HR in the development of salary proposals for annual increments, performance rewards/ incentives, and other benefit programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees.Answer relevant questions or queries as deemed necessary by researching and interpreting policy and regulations in alignment with HR guidance.Prepares the annual salary letters and salary-related documentation.Conduct employee surveys to assess engagement levels and gather feedback on various workplace aspects.Analyze survey results and recommend action plans to address employee concerns and suggestions.REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of Psychology or Any business related courseWith 3-5 years experience as HR GeneralistExperience working with Japanese Employer is preferable but not requiredMust be willing to work onsite - Chino Roces Ave cor.
