• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and Administration field in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Arrange reservations for visitors and flights for employees.
  2. Handles and receives the Vehicle Request Form from employees and arrange accordingly.
  3. Assist GA in monitoring the renewal of company vehicles' insurance policies including driver's documents.
  4. Arrange and handles the office supplies request and its distribution every month
  5. Arrange and monitors the issuance, renewal of company phone postpaid plans
  6. In-charge of the monitoring and schedule of delivery in coordination with different departments
  7. Assist GA in the KEDES report submission and assist GA in renewal of licenses and permits (PCAB)
  8. Handles and monitors petty cash expense and summary
  9. Assist GA and HR in all company events and programs.
  10. Assist GA in (end-to-end) recruitment.
  11. Willing to be assign in Makati and Laguna office.
  12. Perform other HR and admin duties from time to time.
