WHAT IS A L3 SERVICE DESK ENGINEER?
Our awesome client, a leading Australian IT consulting company, is looking for a L3 SERVICE DESK ENGINEER to be part of their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issuesEnsure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, adhering to SLAsCollaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of IT infrastructureProficient in desktop operating systems, particularly Microsoft Windows and macOS Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.Must have recent MSP experienceStrong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills.Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and AzureExperience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-VExperience with Citrix technologies such as XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and Citrix CloudAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsDesirable Qualifications:Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator-
