Marketing and Communications Specialist

We will count on you to:

  • Define and deliver country-specific marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive demand generation, with strong alignment to the country's priorities and goals.
  • Strategize, build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that involve various marketing channels including but not limited to: direct mail, email, online (website), digital / social, online / offline events and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and communications team to ensure country marketing campaigns and content are consistent with corporate brand and editorial guidelines, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage local PR and media relations, including drafting and distributing press releases, pitching for media interviews and coverages, organizing media briefings and roundtable. Plan and execute all client-facing online / offline events.
  • Manage online and digital / social communication channels and internal communications.
  • Plan and monitor the overall country marketing and advertising budgets and expenses.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing
  • Proven experience in PR and media relations, conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email, digital, social, online and offline events, and production/localization of marketing content.
  • Knowledge and experience including SEM, SEO, ad buys.
