Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)

A marketing specialist's role is to initiate, develop and implement effective stakeholder and marketing programs for managing the organization's various internal and external stakeholders through PR activities, corporate events, sales promotions and through-the-line marketing efforts. Stakeholders include board of directors, leadership team, employees, customers, trade partners, and various local community players (local government, local organizations, and other relevant groups).

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

  • Effectively manage the internal and external stakeholders of the MASE Group.
  • Develop stakeholder management standards and programs including Corporate Social Responsibility Programs (CSR).
  • Develop a standard corporate gifting program and branded corporate materials and produce and distribute these materials.
  • Support brand engagement and reputation enhancement internally and externally in collaboration with business units and corporate offices.

MARKETING SERVICES

  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans for store-based business units to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, help achieve target store sales, and build customer loyalty.
  • Develop and implement store-based marketing collaterals, product and sales promotions, and customer loyalty programs for new and existing stores.
  • Supports store product development and expansion and brand building initiatives (in-store, out-of-store and online) in collaboration with the brand management unit.
  • Manage the store's social media accounts and/or website pages.

EVENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

  • Provide support in event planning and execution to ensure various events aligned with communication goals, from concept design and logistics to budget management and successful execution in collaboration with concerned offices and business units.
  • Support in the preparation of event plans and post-event reports with proper documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Marketing Communications or related field
  • With at least 5 years of experience in events management, public relations or stakeholder management, and store marketing
  • Positive disposition and driven attitude; a people person with excellent written and oral communication skills, computer skills, social media management skills, Google Workspace skills; well-traveled and exposed to multinational culture and environments.
