Job Description:
Revolving Fund Custodian
Managing Operational Funds:
Maintain and manage operational funds for small expenses, keeping accurate records.Disburse funds with proper authorization and replenish as needed.Ensure compliance with policies and conduct audits.Administrative Services:Oversee mail distribution, reception, and general office support.Develop and implement office policies.Manage office supplies and equipment procurement.Safety and Security:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment.Coordinate emergency response plans and security measures.Environmental Sustainability:Promote and implement environmentally friendly practices.Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and waste reduction.Compliance:Ensure operations comply with regulations and stay updated on changes.Communication and Collaboration:Collaborate with departments to address facility concerns.Communicate office policies and changes to employees.Administrative Duties:Manage office operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance.Handle special projects and ensure timely processing of permits and accreditations.Perform other assigned tasks. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for office-based positions.Develop effective sourcing strategies using job websites, social media, and networking events.Coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, and extend job offers.Assist in updating Job Descriptions to reflect position requirements.Candidate Experience and OnboardingEnsure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation and provision of onboarding kits.Prepare company ID cards and ensure all necessary documents and equipment are ready for new hires.Internship ProgramsSource and recruit interns for office-based positions.Develop partnerships with universities for intern candidate pipelines.Ensure valuable internship experiences for candidates and the company.Employee RelationsAssist in managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and facilitating conflict resolution.Prepare employee relations documents and enforce company policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters and sensitive information.Events and TrainingAssist in organizing HR events and training programs.Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors or HR management. Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management, Psychology Communications, Finance management or equivalent.At least 1-2 years of work experience as HR & Admin Associate or similar role preferred.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Reliable and goal-oriented.Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.Impeccable multi-tasking abilities.Handles confidential and sensitive information of the company with tact discretion and professional judgment.Amenable to work in Makati City.-
