Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the fastest growing multinational industrial and commercial banks in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a banking professional for the job HR & Admin Manager who is well-versed in all facets of HR. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Supports the HR & Admin Department Head in daily operations.
- Drafts and revises internal policies pertaining to HR & Admin.
- Manages all HR functions, including recruitment, attendance, leave management, compensation, benefits, payroll, job description management, training, and performance evaluation, ensuring legal compliance.
- Processes 9G visas and handles other immigration matters.
- Ensures timely updates or renewals of employee welfare benefits such as HMO, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Ensures timely renewal and updates of all necessary bank permits, business permits, fire safety certificates, and other local government clearances to avoid penalties.
- Prepares and submits regulatory reports of HR & Admin, including BSP, SEC, GIS, and BIR reports, in a proper and timely manner.
- Assists in managing facilities and outsourcing activities as directed by the HR & Admin Department Head.
- Drafts minutes of executive committee meetings.
- Performs other related tasks assigned by the Department Head.
Key job requirements include:
- At least 5 years experience in related field, 3 years in supervisory.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experienced with regulatory or Laws, including integrity /probity, education /training, and possession of competencies relevant to the function such as knowledge and experience, skills and diligence
- Familiar with the Philippine Labor Law and other DOLE regulations.
- Can work onsite in BGC.
