Leads all facets of the HR and Admin functions and implements HR strategic practices and objectives to ensure a customer centric working environment that emphasizes productivity, team spirit, sense of accountability and empowerment by performing the following duties:

  • Collaborates with business owners and top management on all HR-related practices, policies and programs
  • Leads and directs the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
  • Works with Managers, guides them and provides advice on employee performance issues and concerns
  • Monitors and improves performance review program and revises as necessary, to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
  • Benchmark on compensation package within the industry; recommends, plans and implements pay structure revisions to remain competitive in the labor market
  • Develops recruitment strategies and creates & analyzes metrics to fill-in all vacant positions with the appropriate talent
  • Plans and implements training & development programs that directly address business needs
  • Creates and implements engagement and retention programs through various employee relations activities to keep high performing talents and to manage attrition
  • Ensures legal compliance by conducting investigations, implementing applicable labor laws, and representing the organization at hearings
  • Provides organizational development (OD) initiatives to ensure that the organization is at par with latest trends in the labor market to support and sustain its continued growth
  • Ensures that the administration requirements of the company e.g maintenance of company vehicles and company facilities are managed accordingly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any Social Science course.
  • Proven experience as an HR and Admin Manager or similar role, with at least 8 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is a shared resource with another affiliate company.
  • Experience in an IT industry is an advantage.
