Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Mass Communication)Minimum 4 years of working experience in marketing and brand management in a leadership roleWith experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies, preferably in the retail industryExperience in managing agencies and multifunctional teams is a must.With extensive experience and knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords and other digital platforms.Ability to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently.With excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well with different groupsWith strong Project Management skills, and can lead multiple projects effectively and simultaneously.Strong oral and written skills in both English and Tagalog, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
