RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develops in-depth knowledge of company services and identify profitable opportunities
  • Creates and presents to Executive Office market research and strategies to grow the market
  • Creates policies and procedures that increases operational effectiveness and maximizes long-term store
performance

  • Sets the sales target for the Sales and Business Development Team based on the desired growth/target as set
by Management

  • Makes data-driven recommendations and projections, both for product/service offering and sales, based on
existing and emerging market and sales trends

  • Drives the Sales Team to grow sales performance and build client relationship by helping to continuously on
boarding corporate clients and assist in managing and growing the business of the existing clients as needed

  • Prepares all documentation requirements for request for proposals (RFPs) of select multinational or big
clients like bid proposals and on boarding requirements

  • Makes sure that the whole Sales Team achieves monthly/quarterly and yearly targets
  • Signs off validated and approved credit applications prepared by the sales team lead before endorsement to
Finance for approval

  • Strategizes and drives the growth in terms of the volume and revenue of both new and active accounts
  • Evaluates, recommends, and gives final approval of fixed discounts for corporate clients
  • Oversees and manages the overall budget, expenses and purchases of the department
  • Develops and submits presentation materials and monitor action items as needed
  • Collaborates with necessary offices and teams to fulfill tasks and projects
  • Submits desired reports based on prescribed frequency
  • Develops the competency-framework and ensures that training needs of the Sales Team are provided
  • Establishes scorecard/performance indicators of and conduct performance reviews of team members
  • Ensures that the Department Key Performance Indicators and SLAs are met
  • Approves leave applications of staff
  • Enforces company policies and procedures among team members.
  • Manages the productivity and performance of staff, coaches and motivates team to meet desired
performance level

  • Communicates all Management directives and department goals to team members
  • Keeps up with developments in an area of expertise by reading current journals, books, and magazine articles
  • Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
  • Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
  • Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
  • Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating
procedures, work instructions and protocols on Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice
(GTP), service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
