MEDMARK TRAVEL Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Executive (TRAVEL AGENCY) to join its team.

For a strong candidate as per results we offer flexibility and the option of remote working (office & home)

Requirements and Skills :

Must have existing multiple experiences with operations of Corporate Travel (conferences, meetings, incentive trips) and Leisure Travel (Groups or Luxury FIT) for International & Domestic travel, Proven success in a similar role in travel agency with focus on sales, operations marketing, travel services outsourcing and working with the suppliers.minimum 4 years of practical and successful experience in travel agency operations role or similar positionExperience with building detail travel itineraries for Incentive Groups or Luxury Individual Clientele,Interest in travel, geography and new travel trends, Knowledge of world destinations, cultures, locations and historical sites love travelling and have own travel experiencesManage client and supplier communication to ensure accurate responses are received within 24 hoursAbility to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs, Experience with handling on travel visa requirements & insurance Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing,Work on various confirmations, and chaser queues as assigned Ensure documents get sent in a timely manner upon receipt of client information,Excellent English communication skills – verbal, presentation and written,Personable, with above average interpersonal and communication skills,Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality,Efficient time management and adept task prioritisationHighly self – motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision,Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information,Knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus systems and knowledge of managing flight bookings via GDS, Experience with Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel),Knowledge of world geography and locations,Excellent Time Management & Multi-tasking skillsGood organisational and problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure, University degree holder preferable as a minimum (preferable in Tourism and Hospitality Management)Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Full operations of the travel enquires,Communication with suppliers and preparation of the offer,Handle booking reservations, process payments, and issue travel documents,Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service,Manage GDS bookings efficiently,Provide expert support to our sales and marketing team,Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations,Daily reporting to Managing Director (or CEO)
