Job Details: Travel Divison Team

Proposal sales to companies that can partner with our online travel platform Consulting sales such as reviewing plans and fees to partner companiesReservation management for our in-house developed travel reservation service "skyticket" (All services such as airline tickets, hotels, etc.)BtoB and BtoC support with various service destinations such as airlines and accommodation facilitiesCustomer support, and technical support: Handling user inquiries and guiding the purchase completion process. Airline ticket handling operations (airline ticket issuance, cancellation, refund, change procedures, irregular handling)Project operation work to improve business efficiency Message from the hiring manager:

The Travel Division is responsible for sales, planning, and system development for the travel reservation service of "skyticket.". Within the position, it is more new business development field, teams are formed for each product sold, such as airline tickets and hotels, and will be in charge of new contracts with corporations and post-contract support.

There are plenty of opportunities to work together as a team and promote projects on your own in a fast-paced workplace centered on young people.

(English and Filipino)Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using GDS(Amadeus and Sabre) and CRM software and other relevant tools.Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Passionate, punctual, and skilled in time management.Recruitment data:Work location: Makati City *Work from office Work hours: 9:00-18:00 (Actual working hours: 8 hours)Holidays/Leaves: 2 days off per week, holidaysSalary: Monthly salary: 25,000PHP~ negotiable Additional payment will be made for overtime. *Decisions will be made by our company regulations, considering experience and ability.Selection process:
