Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Operational Executive to work closely with our sales executives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, providing support, and monitoring
performance metrics to drive success.


Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales executives on a daily basis to ensure clarity on their activities, goals, and targets.Conduct regular check-ins with sales executives via phone calls or meetings to gather updates, address any issues or concerns, and provide guidance and support as needed.Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and communicate clear expectations regarding performance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor sales team activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Provide timely and accurate reports on team activities, goals, and KPIs to sales leadership and other stakeholders.Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Any Discipline3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving sales performance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with sales teams and leadership.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
