About the team

Engage in the sales lead process to create new business opportunities to support FIS sales objectives.

What you will be doing

  • Pre-qualifies sales leads received through various channels such as telephone, website, tradeshows, company events, etc., in line with lead generation best practices.
  • Generates sales leads through outbound calling as part of lead generation programs.
  • Maintains sales lead documentation.
  • Nurtures long-term opportunities for ongoing FIS communication in the early stages before the sales cycle.
  • Supports strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns by collecting comprehensive data.
  • Tracks and assesses campaign effectiveness and presents findings to the manager.
  • Supports enterprise lead generation activities and reports on all lead generation marketing programs to drive revenue opportunities into the sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrates product knowledge and executes lead generation activities for one or more business lines/units.
  • Ensures timely lead follow-up by assigned sales executive and conversion of pre-qualified leads to further stages in the sales process.
  • Prepares lead generation reports, presents results to stakeholders, and interprets the results interactively, identifying causes and potential next-step actions.
  • Identifies opportunities, creates business presentations, and collaborates with assigned business lines/units.
  • Collects and updates competitive data and contact details to support future sales and marketing activities.
  • Other related duties as required.

  • Background in any banking software solutions is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external clients.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and database management.
  • Understanding of basic problem resolution and escalation practices.
  • Application of contract administration and practices concepts.
  • Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
