We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Project Manager to lead and oversee our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering marketing projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management:
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project elements are aligned and executed effectively.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Manage project scope, ensuring any changes are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  6. Campaign Execution:
  7. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event marketing.
  8. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives.
  9. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials.
  10. Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  11. Stakeholder Communication:
  12. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  13. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  14. Facilitate meetings and presentations to report on project progress and outcomes.
  15. Liaise with senior management to align project goals with business objectives.
  16. Performance Analysis:
  17. Analyze campaign performance data to assess the effectiveness and ROI.
  18. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  19. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  20. Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success.
  21. Team Leadership:
  22. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  23. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
  24. Promote professional development and growth within the team.
  25. Ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  26. Budget Management:
  27. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are accounted for.
  28. Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  29. Ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  30. Market Research and Strategy:
  31. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  32. Develop strategic marketing plans based on research findings.
  33. Identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives and campaigns. Qualifications:
  34. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  35. 5+ years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.
  36. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  37. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills..
  38. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  39. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  40. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
