The Project Management Officer plays the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects initiated and managed by the Marketing Operations Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the development and implementation of various digital platforms related to the assigned project from initiation until project closure.
  2. Identifies and analyzes user requirements through discussions with users, observing current operations, and evaluating current systems.
  3. Prepares a project timetable with the service provider, IT, and other concerned parties. Identifies important milestones and tracks all pertinent activities related to the project to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
  4. Prepares documents for approval necessary for the completion and implementation of the project assigned.
  5. Conceptualizes process flow based on user requirements.
  6. Coordinates with users, other units of the company, and vendors on developing digital platforms.
  7. Oversees user acceptance testing and documentation.
  8. Monitors project budget and helps provide suitable explanation/justification for any excess.
  9. Ensures that the system developed meets user requirements.
  10. Oversees post-implementation activities and documents their results.
  11. Provides production support three months after the go-live date.
  12. Leads project closure. 2. Evaluate project issues and escalate for resolution. 3. Ensures that the project tasks and their completion conform to the established policies, standards, and procedures. 4. Recommends changes in policies, procedures, and/or organization about the project. 5. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate officer. Qualifications:
  13. Graduate of any 4-year course; a bachelor's degree in business or a related Business, Finance, or IT course is preferred.
  14. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects and/or programs gained in financial services, fintechs, and/or fast-paced environments.
  15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and customer service oriented.
  16. Willing to work ON SITE in Makati.
