Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to manage a team and collaborate with other departments. The Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Help manage the production creation of marketing-related collateral and assets, including brochures, one-sheets, presentations, proposals, tradeshow marketing materials, or other assets.Act as the primary point of contact for printing and production vendors, including ordering, determining budgets, quotes, and production timelines, and communicating with company stakeholders to ensure schedules are hit, and/or escalating when needed.Act as the primary point of contact for Encore-related event marketing coordination, including soliciting event plans from individual EDs, communicating updates to the team and adjusting the website, ordering swag.Assist the VP of Marketing in working with agency partners and developing budgets, and contracts, and measuring ROI.Coordinate with leadership and the marketing team to ensure campaigns and projects are properly launched, executed, and measured.Create and manage content that engages our target markets and customer persona, including paid and free social campaigns, projects, and events.Interact with business line leaders and managers to source, develop, and creation of social media posts, including photos, videos, or other creative materials.Under the supervision of the VP of Marketing, develop a social media content calendar with input from relevant stakeholders. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital marketing touchpoints.Maintain a regular posting schedule and use reporting tools to analyze ROI and adjust as needed.Help monitor the company's various social channels and offer constructive interaction with users when appropriate.Monitor, measure, and assist with digital reporting from data sources and monitor key review platforms, such as Google Business, Yelp, and Indeed. Work with relevant business-line leaders to create timely responses to reviews, update content, and collaborate to consistently grow our digital reputation.Track and schedule payments to the internal team as part of our Google Review initiatives. Job Qualifications:BA/BS degree preferred in Marketing or related field that ties in digital marking principlesMinimum 4 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content publishing capacity, including developing paid social media campaigns and content calendars.Proficient in the English Language both written and verbalDemonstrated ability in content development, social media content, and project management.Strong computer skills and ability to learn software applications independently.Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.Experience in Healthcare is strongly desired.Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
