About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at PHP Philippines Hydro Project Inc. in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. This full-time position will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting our employees.


Your responsibilities:

Coordinating office services, such as overseeing supplies inventory, managing equipment maintenance, and liaising with vendorsProviding administrative support to the General Manager and the team, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systemsPerform HR administration-related tasks such as recruitment, training, onboarding, and managing employee recordsMaintains and updates all government and legal documents of the company, such as GIS, Permits, and Licenses Overseeing office facilities, such as managing office space, liaising with building management, and arranging for repairs and maintenanceAssist in preparing various contracts and board resolutions required by external parties.Responsible for the renewal of life and non-life insurance.Perform Marketing Communication tasks such as organizing events and maintaining various marketing campaignsPerform other and ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the General Manager, including participation in project work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative and secretarial roleBachelor's degree in business administration or equivalentHaving knowledge and experience in handling Accounting and HR tasksExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholdersProficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite and various administrative toolsA keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentationAbility to multitask and manage time wiselyTeamwork and collaboration with the ability to work independentlyProactive, flexible, resourceful, and efficient.Result-oriented with a pleasing personality.
