Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target/growth.Formulate sales targets for the assigned product group and assist Product Managers in setting tie-up pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, strategic directions for product group based on the analysis and evaluation of marketing trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.Provide direction/input to Product Managers in defining product strategy, core positioning, and ensure successful execution of various marketing activities such as trade shows/conventions, clinical meetings, and product launches.Monitor regular work with results of Product Managers and ensure achievement of marketing goals.Support the Product Managers to ensure the availability of marketing materials, deliver appropriate product training to new Territory Managers, and provide product updates.Spearhead Product Managers in ensuring stock availability, minimize expiration of reagents, and inventory turnover targets are met by closely coordinating with the Supply Chain Department.Coordinate with the principals with regards to sales, marketing and other product related concerns.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, medical or a related field, with master's degree and professional license is an advantage.With at least 2-3 years' sales or marketing experience in IN-VITRO (IVD) industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, analytics, and project management skills.Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
