You will be key in providing frontline leadership to the Commercial Excellence group, which focuses on providing CRM data management support, territory management, lead qualification, dashboard creation, and data analysis.

In this capacity, you will be coordinating with different departments, such as the Asia Pacific Commercial Excellence Group, for all business units and countries in the Asia-Pacific region. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To provide functional leadership and support to the Asia Pacific Commercial Excellence Group.
  • To lead goal-setting reviews to ensure challenging and stretched goals and assignments for the team align with the overall business.
  • To evaluate individual performance and conduct performance discussions.
  • To perform regular coaching and mentoring sessions with employees.
  • To ensure that the team's service level agreements are on target.
  • To communicate policies, programs, and decisions that affect employees.
  • To identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

You have a passion for leading and developing people. You can efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and present results and findings. You are a proactive self-starter with a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. You can effectively communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related courses.
  • 5 years of work experience in the field of expertise with 1-2 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with Market Research (Qualitative and Qualitative).
  • Adept in data analysis and strategies.
  • Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence.
  • Knowledgeable in Oracle Software
