The CRM Strategist will represent and support Transformation Team of VML Philippines. You will be responsible in supporting our Transformation Team on client conversations and engagements centred around CRM Strategy, helping brands shape their online Commerce and Customer Engagement capability, bringing in the right expertise at the right time.

You will work with the Transformation team in building strong client relationships that support our existing clients and expand our offer to our clients. You will work closely with various teams bridging the gap between capability, technology and business solutions and building opportunities that result in growth both for VML and our valued clients.

What you'll do

  • Guide and develop our CRM strategy and framework with client management and internal stakeholders to help clients optimize value and manage the change associated with digital solutions through trusted relationships that you will develop.
  • Guide and consult with Capability experts in shaping, planning the delivery of overall capability development and value realization during implementation phases of programs and deliver assigned work streams or deliverables.
  • Recommend and help to shape solutions to improve the integration of digital solutions, business capability delivery and business value delivery to best achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Support delivery of consulting and business enablement projects and work streams in larger multi-discipline digital delivery projects
  • Provide expertise and value to existing and new business client pitches and use delivery expertise to ensure that work definition and statements of work are defined effectively to meet client context and challenges.
  • As a CRM Strategist, you are expected to proactively manage client expectations effectively and decisively.
  • As CRM Strategist, stay abreast of developments and thinking in the wider platform strategy, engagement, and adoption of technology, and use this information to develop VML Philippines CRM Strategy business position.
  • Provide thought-leadership by understanding the evolving digital experience management landscape and having a point of view on our client's CRM strategy and/or analytics.

Who you are:

  • Min 5 years of experience in a CRM Management role in a creative agency, communications, digital marketing, QSRs, FMCG or BPO.
  • High knowledge and expertise in implementing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g Salesforce, Hubspot), marketing automation, paid advertising platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Good understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization techniques. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.
  • Prior leadership role at growth-oriented creative or interactive firm.
  • Specific experience with Global 1000 clients in marketing communications, Internet initiatives, branding, or business analysis.
