Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of the Quality Assurance arm of National University located in National Capital Region, Philippines. The Assistant Director will be responsible for the daily operations of the Quality Management Office, project-leading the QA programs of all campuses of the university, including assisting in leading the staff;helping oversee budgets, Institutional Quality Objectives, KRAs, &KPIs; coordinating QA programs and capacity-building events; and implementing strategic initiatives. The Assistant Director will also liaise with various stakeholders, such as faculty, students, parents, and external partners. This interim position eventually leads to the Director, Senior Director, AVP, to VP rank depending on the work performance & outputs of the team, among other things.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Substantial experience in Quality Assurance, accreditation, programmw assessment, certification, & audit is an advantage
