Responsibilities

Identify, research, plan, and contact potential clients to establish new projects to achieve targeted revenue.Anticipate, identify, and understand client's needs and pains and translate those into sales opportunities.Ensure timely creation of quotes and professional submission of all information as requested by clients.Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports of project activities, revenue forecasts, and project pipelines.Monitor customer satisfaction from the start of the project, work in progress, or closed assignments.Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts. To assist clients,and complain and to make sure that it is handled and closed accordingly.Manage and coordinate sales activities, including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations, and related financial performance.Conducts market research activities, and identifies and reports opportunities to neutralize and formulate strategies.Support the global marketing strategy, and business development and keep track of the competitor's activities.Network with market key players and maintain an understanding of external market development to ensure that BVAQ becomes the service provider of choice.In direct communication with the General managers and Regional Business Development Manager to maximize and take advantage of the BVAQ network RequirementsBachelor of Scienece in Busines Admistration or Other related courses with Chemistry and Microbiology background.At least 3 years in Sales/Business Development.Third party lab/ from Competitors(Intertek,SGS, Eurofins and others) is a preference.Fluent in English and Filipino/ Good communication/ Presentation skills.Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth.Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
