Job Overview:

Business Development Executive representing Ramboll Towers & Telecom as a local resource and enhance business with Market intelligence

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Coordination regards to onboarding new clients through direct contract & collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients with backend support from RIN to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Negotiating with clients with backend support from RIN on contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Identifying profitable business opportunities
  • Conducting extensive market research
  • Creating actionable business strategies
  • Nurturing relationships with clients
  • Tracking business performance

Skill Set required:

  • He/She must speak local Filipino & English language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with software platforms for maximum usability

Qualification and Experience required:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Experience - 5+ yrs in design engineering & marketing, out of that at least last 3 years in transmission line design with reputed EPC / power transmission companies.
