Primarily responsible to provide general administrative support to New Business Team. This person will handle email inquiries and requests from partners. This person will also cover admin functions and monitoring of policies.

  • Quality assurance of policy contract information, data and submitted documents.
  • Check underwriting approval made versus underwriting authority as indicated in the UW Approval Authority Matrix.
  • Conduct production process review for every new version release.
  • Check for accuracy and completeness of data mapping or image capture of automated processes.
  • Prepare appropriate post-check correspondences for policy packs with discrepancies or missing information or document.
  • Identify, report and initiate investigation of policy pack or output errors due to system defect.
  • Assist in User-Acceptance-Test (UAT) activities.
  • Monitor compliance of any document delivery requirement
  • Check that any addendum or change request has been implemented accurately and reflected in the system policy record and policy pack
  • Update application or policy data in the system to correct or add information
  • Initiate change requests for enhancement or corrections of errors in the system
  • Monitor the conclusion or resolution of reported errors or change requests
  • Perform all tasks within defined service level of agreement of the business unit
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Life insurance experience preferred
  • Experience in process review and UAT activities is an advantage
  • Customer-centric and excellent attention to detail required
  • Very good oral and communication skills
  • Willing to render overtime work including weekends and holidays
