The role is responsible for the management of New Business Individual teams. This is to ensure that KPIs will be met in accordance to company-set guidelines, procedure and within the business unit's defined service commitment levels.
Case Admin
- Managing the overall new business cycle time through:
- Follow-up on all outstanding NB Admin requirements necessary to get applications approved and issued.
Quality Assurance of Contracts
- Manage the team of Policy Contract Quality Assurance. Ensure that the benefits and contents captured are accurate. Ensure that TAT is within the day. Coordinate Quality Assurance findings with the concerned Underwriters and Case Admin.
- Manage compliance. Ensure that submission of documents is uploaded and index correctly maintaining SLA.
- Manage Admin Services such as policy pack assembly, release of digital policy contracts and release of hard copy to courier for Metro Manila and provincial areas.
- Manage team of messengers that handles delivery within Metro Manila, some parts of Cavite and Rizal
- Ensure that the agreed turn-around-time for policy delivery under messengers are met.
- Ensure that our partner courier adheres to the established SLA.
- Ensure the management of risk from policy contract delivery that will pose a threat to the company. Ensure immediate reporting and response in case risk is unavoidable.
- Manage team of return to sender (RTS) and Disposition process. Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Manage team's mailbox where issues and concerns are raised.
- Ensure Consistency across the business units and integrate the work of teams.
- Build and maintain strong, two-way, trusting working relationship with staff based on achieving business goals and enable them to work their full potential.
- Ensure communication is cascaded effectively.
- Build and foster employee engagement
- Recommend or propose process improvements and systems required.
- Act as SME in processes under the team and participate in UAT of proposed system enhancements and processes.
- Participate in Project management.
- Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces system policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies
- Must be a college graduate.
- Must have an Associate Level LOMA Certification (ACS and/or ALMI) or Level 1 LOMA Certification and passed 1 ALU course.Experienced home office life underwriter with minimum 5 years life underwriting experience on variable life, traditional and health products.
