Job Responsibilities:1. Prompt preparation of the Annual Procurement Plan and subsequent amendments in coordination with

the Budget Officer and to be approved by the management. This includes procurement of common-use supplies and other goods and services in accordance with the Government Procurement Law (RA 9184);

2. Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Bids and Awards Committee, ensuring close adherence to the Procurement and applicable laws;

3. Manages PhilGEPS publications/postings in the conduct of procurement through Shopping and NP-SVP;

4. Project monitoring of awarded projects that entails the issuance of relevant notices in accordance with project implementation rules stipulated under RA 9184;

5. Maintenance of optimum inventory level of office supplies and consumables;6. Ensures complete and prompt updates of records establishing accountabilities of asset

custodianships, including Memorandum Receipts (MRs);7. Promptly prepares all required procurement-related reports;8. Assists other departments/units in formulating Terms of Reference (TOR); and9. Undertakes other related tasks as may be required.
