  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
  • Training: Four (4) hours of relevant experience
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second level Eligibility
  • Able to effectively manage the recruitment process, learning & development activities, performance management system and other employee welfare and benefits administration processes.
Job Description
  • Reviews, formulates, recommends and implements guidelines, policies and strategies for Recruitment, Selection and Placement.
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking – Able to interpret, link, and process information in order to understand issues and identify alternative solutions.
  • Information/Data/Records Management - Able to organize, maintain, retrieve and ensure the proper use and disposition of record and office documents.
  • Performs other related human resource functions.
