Job Responsibilities
1. Monitoring the Submitting Entities (SEs) compliance and performing tasks necessary to facilitate the accurate and timely submissions of SEs.
2. Ensuring accurate recording, compilation, and reporting of SEs compliance under RA 9510;3. Building, maintaining, and organizing files and records of SEs in relation to compliance;4. Assists in evaluating existing policies and procedures and, if warranted, in the development and revision
thereof;5. Assists in researching issues affecting/impacting the compliance of SEs;6. Assists in the production of reports on any newly passed laws as well as orders and issuances of
various government agencies that have a potential impact on credit compliance of SEs;7. Assists in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of compliance of SEs and
participate in ad-hoc assignments; and8. Perform other functions as may be assigned.
