Assistant District Sales Manager

The Assistant District Sales Manager shall be responsible for executing the plans & programs that are laid down by the Regional Sales Manager or by the Marketing Manager in his assigned district.
Expected to improve the efficiency of execution by identifying potential problems followed by implementation of solutions within area coverage.Execute annual sales strategy as given by the Regional Sales Manager and ensure achievement of business targets of area coverage.
Provides weekly, monthly & annual reports as required by the Regional Sales Manager and provides analysis on how to make things better and prevent inefficiency in the execution of the business plan.
Responsible for the Credit and collection activities, NRP & marketing program execution, and regular visitation of districts' covered accounts.-
