The Tariff and Pricing Assistant Manager will assist in developing and managing pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with tariff regulations. This role involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with various departments to align pricing policies with the company's strategic goals, and optimizing revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing Strategy Development:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of pricing strategies for the company's services and products.

• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark pricing against industry standards.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to determine pricing structures that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
2. Tariff Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tariff regulations and company policies.

• Monitor changes in tariff laws and update pricing strategies accordingly.

• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for tariff compliance and audits.
3. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform pricing decisions.

• Prepare detailed reports on pricing performance, market trends, and tariff compliance.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
1. Customer and Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team with pricing inquiries and customer negotiations.

• Provide pricing information and support to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding.

• Address customer concerns related to pricing and tariffs promptly and effectively.
2. Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing strategies on profitability.

• Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop pricing models and forecasts.
3. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvements to pricing processes and systems.

• Develop and maintain pricing databases and tools for efficient pricing management.

• Ensure all pricing activities are documented and accessible for review.

Job Qualifications *

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in pricing, tariff management, or a similar role in the logistics or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven
decisions.

• Excellent understanding of tariff regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with pricing software is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
