Job brief

Our client, a dynamic player in the FMCG, natural beauty, and personal care industry is seeking a talented and experienced Retail Sales Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing operations across 12 retail kiosks, and controlling budgets to drive revenue/profit growth for the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for 12 kiosks, encompassing merchandising, promotions, and pricing
  • Drive revenue/profit growth through annual plans and communication materials
  • Ensure in-store activation targets are met and compliance with mall requirements
  • Conduct cost analysis for category programs and control channel budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and threats
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or related field, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis
