We are looking for a full-time Account Manager & Account Executive with the following qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Working knowledge of the sales industry
  • Networking & Negotiation Skills
  • Verbal, written, & interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly trainable and willing to learn
  • Ability to multitask & work efficiently & effectively to meet required deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a good relationship with clients through personal contact or meetings via E-mails, etc.
  • Willing to do fieldwork.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
