The Guest Service Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of the Guest Service Department. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, planning and managing daily operations, and people handling. He/she is responsible for every aspect of Guest Service, providing warm and efficient reception and departure, ensuring that residents enjoy their stay, with all staff working together as an effective team.
