Seeking an Accounting Secretary responsible for managing administrative duties such as overseeing financial records, processing invoices, and coordinating meetings. This role facilitates accountants in directing their attention towards financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Accounting Secretary job description are the following: 1. Prepares Summary of Daily Collection Report for Cash and Checks deposits to UCPB-BHL. AVE. BR. 2. Issuance of Official receipt for the monthly rental upon bank clearing, maintains individual clients ledger; 3. Prepares monthly worksheet for EVAT, expanded withholding tax and to be forwarded to Ms. Virginia.4. Prepares SSS monthly contribution payments, loan payments if any, Philhealth and Pag-ibig Fund Contribution. 5. Renew Business Permits
  • Quezon City and Manila on or before the 20th of January and facilitate the processing of requirements needed for the renewal.
6. Payment of Real Estate tax of all the properties of TriLim Corporation. 7. Prepares Annual General Information Sheet to Securities & Exchange Commission. 8. Prepares Petty Cash Replenishment 9. Act as Building Administrator. Prepares Lease Contract for incoming Tenant and Lease contract renewal. Maintains individual Folder per Tenant 10. Keep Keys for the vacant unit. Follow-up collection from tenants with unpaid rent. To assist tenant from their queries; 11. Maintains Inhouse books of accounts; Cash Receipts book, Cash Disbursement Books, LEDGER 12. To perform other duties delegated to you other than the above.

Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. With an experience in Accounting Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Google Drive. Must be in a good healthWilling to work in Quezon City
