Executive Assistant

General Objective
The role is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Managing
Director.
Responsibilities
- Manages and organizes the Managing Director's calendar.
- Coordinates travel schedules, hotel bookings, accommodation, and transportation requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining files and documents of various businesses.
- Effectively communicates with clients, lawyers, accountants, brokers, bank managers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepares drafts and other correspondences that may be required by the President.
- Ensures timely reminders for deliverables of the President.
- Closely coordinates with the executive staff and department managers.
- Provides support to and acts as back up of the executive staff when necessary.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Preferably with experience in handling several businesses/companies.
- Experience working in a high pressure and fast paced environment is preferred.
- Has a strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to details.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality and can communicate well with clients, suppliers, lawyers, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must have a stable job history and proven track record of handling confidential and high value information and items.
Job Type: Full-time
