Short Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Infra Ops Team to ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations across the APAC region.
  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and availability.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to identify infrastructure needs.
  • Translate requirements into actionable plans and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure processes and workflows.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure services.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues.
  • Ensure infrastructure operations comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
  • Responsible to support IT Audit for infrastructure operations.
  • Implement security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets. At country level , responsible to ensure security incidents are follow-up and closed in timely manner.
  • Provide guidance, and mentorship to the Infra Ops Team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and project leadership.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud management for at least 3 years.
