I.
JOB SUMMARY:

· The Business Office
Manager will oversee, supervise and responsible for the management and organization of business office unit like Finance, Accounting, Billing and
Cashier Philhealth, Supply Chains and IT. He/she is responsible in developing
each member of the team to be effective in their own field of expertise,
motivates, coaches and train them to be a good leader in their respective
units.

II.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:

§
Oversee day-to-day
operations within the facility ensuring they're performing to the highest
standards including quality, cost, safety and service delivery.

§
Develop and maintain
a strong client and agency relationship

§
Develop the
operational quality and safety leadership capabilities across the Head of
Units, Department and Management team in order to provide exceptional service
to our client and drive growth through our client partnership.

§
Foster a culture of
care and respect in the workplace and lead people related initiatives to drive
team engagement.

§
Maintaining an
accurate financial report/records and participating in audits or reconciliation
as needed.

§
Ensuring that all
accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.

§
Maintain costs in
line with budget, achieve profit targets and identify business growth
opportunities. Control budgets and optimize expenses.

§
Ensures all
compliance and company policies are adhered to, and oversee regular audits and
if required, root cause investigations.

§
Delegating
responsibilities and supervising business operations.

§
Training, motivating
and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to
customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and
training opportunities.

§
Resolving conflicts
or complaints from customer and employees

§
Analyzing
information and process and developing more effective or efficient processes
and strategies.

§
Establishing and
achieving business and profit objectives.

§
Ensures all shared
services units met the respective KPI and other deliverables.

§
Ensures employees
are motivates and productive.

§
Design strategy and
set goals for growth.

§
Prepare regular
reports for upper management.

§
Performs all other
tasks as directed by superiors of the hospital.

§
Ensure
to apply the AMUMA culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, accounting, or a related field is often required. Preferably Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ).

Skills:

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and make decisions that benefit the organization.

Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with staff, clients, and senior management.

Financial acumen: Basic understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Technology proficiency: Comfortable using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, as well as any industry-specific software or tools.

Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop practical solutions.

Customer service orientation: Focus on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in managing records, reports, and administrative tasks.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in technology, processes, or organizational structure.

Ethical behavior: Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information and making decisions that align with company values.
