Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team Be a Wellness Coach for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role is responsible in applying psychology to the workplace by using psychological principles and research methods to solve problems and improve the quality of work life. Through counseling, these wellness coaches work with patients/ clients to identify their strengths or resources they can use to manage problems.

Specific duties include but not limited to the following tasks:

• Observe, interview, and survey individuals
• Psychological/Wellness consultation, debriefing, counseling and psychotherapy
• Life coaching
• Identify psychological, emotional, behavioral, or organizational issues
• Research and identify behavioral or emotional patterns
• Test for patterns that will help them better understand and predict behavior
• Discuss the treatment of problems with employees
• Administer personality, performance, aptitude, or intelligence tests
• Talks to individuals and fosters their positive mental health and personal growth.
• Evaluates patients' needs and accommodates them accordingly.
• Studies factors that affect human behavior.
• Administers psychological tests and determines results.
• Counseling: Provides counseling by leading group or individual sessions.
• Behavioral: Researches variations in behavioral patterns over a person's lifespan, examines societal trends, and attempts to correct disorders caused by improper development.
• Clinical: Works to prevent, diagnose and treat mental disorders, and works with physicians to determine the best course of treatment for patients.
• Other tasks that may assigned from time to time

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must...

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year work experience in the field
• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with Diploma
• Registered Psychometrician or Psychologist
• Valid Certificate of Registration and a valid Professional Identification Card issued by the Professional Regulatory Board of Psychology (PRBP) and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to practice Psychometrics
• Certifications available in various areas of specialization
• Ability to empathize with a wide range of people
• Knowledge of psychological theory and practice
• Capacity for handling stressful and possible volatile situations
