Ideal Candidate

  • The Account Executive will report directly to the General Manager.
  • It has to be very knowledgeable with all the features of our machines and other company products, and well-informed about market situations and the competition in order to develop and recommend strategies that will grow our market share and dominance in the industry.
  • This knowledge will let him exude confidence when he presents to clients.
  • The Account Executive has to be strongly self-motivated and an excellent team player, dynamic, objective, analytical, creative, and flexible.
  • Good oral and written communication skills are vital because the job entails interaction with internal as well as external parties.
  • The incumbent of this position will represent the Company in many conventions, trade shows and meetings with clients so a charismatic and positive personality is definitely an advantage.
  • Persuasiveness, good judgment and quick thinking ability are crucial when convincing clients and closing deals.
  • The Account Executive will, as much as possible, spend very little time on administrative matters.
  • Instead, this position will concentrate on increasing sales and hitting targets.
  • This position will continue to build the strength of those who help generate sales like the Accounting Staff by training and coaching.
  • The Account Executive should be diligent and highly service oriented and able to deal harmoniously and effectively, with all employees.
  • Trustworthiness, patience, focus, diligence, dependability, and speed are important attributes due to the nature of the job.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within sales
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
