Job Description
- Directly oversee and engage with agency teams in the Southeast Asia region, both regional and local.
- Uphold and enhance overall agency performance and management evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior agency teams working with a central planning unit in Singapore. Negotiating on behalf of regional markets at agency group level.
- Develop and manage Agency Trading Deals and ensure their service provision.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Reconcile annual partnership agreements.
- Maintain payment integrity.
- Regional coordination with Global Agency Teams to support local agency ICs and advance global discussions locally.
- Responsible for training, enablement, and driving advocacy of agency planners and stakeholders under care, in partnership with key account and client solution teams.
- Implement relevant agency certifications and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ad-tech sales or agency media planner or strategy roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance.
- Candidates with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets will be prioritized.
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English
- A great orator with ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Experiences in analyzing data and delivering impactful insights.
- Self-starter, fast learner, with a can-do spirit.
