Online Sales Lead

  • Manages total Online/E-Commerce business, which includes (1) Direct online sales/social commerce, (2) Main E-Com platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and TikTok (3) Brand Website
  • Manages a team of sales agents that is lead by a team leader
  • Responsible for hitting monthly sales targets
  • Drive engagement and inspiration among the sales team and think of programs that can motivate the team to perform better and hit their quotas
  • Develop the team lead to become an effective leader among the sales agents
  • Develop and implement sales trainings for the sales team to increase effectiveness at closing deals

Ecommerce Management

  • Responsible for hyper-growing e-commerce platforms and look for new growth opportunities for Bragais Shoes in E-Commerce
  • Drive brand plans translation across all E-Commerce platforms
  • Define roles and strategies for each of the main E-Com platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Website)
  • Create strategy and implement re-launch of TikTok Shop for Bragais Shoes
  • Manages Lazada and Shopee platforms via current 3rd party agency (DropShip) and drive better business KPIs for the platforms (increase offtake, improved inventory covers, lower costs)
  • Evaluate and recommend new fulfillment agency for Bragais Shoes
  • Create ways to improve Website and how to grow it (or define the role of website)

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Results-focused mindset with a proven track record of driving measurable growth and achieving KPIs.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute on new ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Has strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
