Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5 PM CST

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is integral in supporting our sales efforts by managing cold email campaigns, maintaining accurate CRM data, and conducting online prospecting for new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Create and send weekly cold email campaigns to prospective clients, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • CRM Management: Regularly enter and update data in our CRM system (Freshsales) to keep track of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Lead Generation: Perform low-level prospecting via Internet and Google searches to identify and gather new leads for email campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in using email systems and CRM software, Freshsales is a plus.
  • Experience with lead generation databases, such as ZoomInfo.
  • Strong internet research skills and familiarity with Google search.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in cold emailing and sales.
