Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  • In- charge of sourcing qualified applicants through a job fair, school fair, PESO, online recruitment, and other sourcing strategies.
  • In- charge of inviting applicants through phone calls and SMS
  • In- charge of conducting an initial interview to verify the veracity of the given information of the applicant as well as basic qualifications.
  • In- charge of endorsing the potential applicants to the Department Head for an in-depth interview.
  • In- charge of the implementation of exit interviews.

Compensation and Benefits

  • In- charge of the application of government mandatory benefits such as SSS Sickness Notification, Loans and Phil health, and other requirements.
  • In- charge of the coordination with the concerned employees to process the application and for approval of HR Manager and the Management
  • In charge of the monitoring of monthly mandatory benefits for employees.
  • In charge of monitoring wage increases as mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment and coordinates with the Accounting Department for implementation.

Timekeeping and Payroll

  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data thru the payroll system.
  • In- charge of resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • In- charge of handling employee separation documents and back pay.
  • In- charge of the salary computation of all employees based on their time- keeps.
  • In- charge of the check and balance from system generated payroll to manual computation.
  • In- charge of the coordination with manpower services related to timekeeping and payroll activities.

Employee Relations

  • In- charge of the safe keep of employment contracts, payroll details, and 201 files of all employees.

Reportorials

  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly related payroll and benefits related to tax withheld, government mandatory contributions.
  • Monthly report on NTE and DA
  • Monthly update of applicants and salary comparison
  • Weekly submission of plantilla

Admin

  • Monitoring of Supplies inventory and others.
  • In-charge of the P.O. process of office supplies
  • In- charge of the processing and monitors the government permits needs such as the Mayor's permit, the Leasing Contract and etc.
  • And, other tasks that may assign by the management and immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, information gathering, and monitoring skills, and research and communication skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy and adaptability
  • The candidate must be willing to work in Toril, Davao City
