DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Providing employees accurate and on time payment of salary, keeping the organization updated with new statutory rulings, provides updated and accurate market salary and benefits reviews to management.
  • Ensuring that all statutory requirements are being followed and statutory payments are up to date. Act as the official representative of the company to all gov't agencies such as SSS, BIR, Philhealth and Pag-ibig; Include online processes registry.
  • Preparation and timely submission of monthly mancom reports & monthly labor cost reports.
  • Checking on loan amortizations, employee's deductions, making sure that it is being deducted and remitted on time.
  • Ensure timekeeping process – gathers, arranges, summarizes employees' attendance – DTR, Leave, OT submitted by employees per cut-off period; includes bank payroll lodging and online processes.
  • Ensure payroll process and release on time schedule.
  • Maintain HRIS records & processes
  • Encodes newly hired employees to the biometric system and extraction of raw data from biometrics;
  • Assist and facilitate applicants, newly hired employees; and orient employees on new update benefits & compensations.
  • Facilitate timely issuance of pay slips;
  • Ensure to reviewed and correct third party payroll billings and process approval on time.
  • Informs immediate superior and addresses any discrepancies/misconduct in timekeeping incurred by employees for immediate action;
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 Years Experienced Employee in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
