Responsibilities:
• Process documents for Building and Occupancy permit
• Handles the monitoring of the renewal of the following: company vehicles, fire and Comprehensive General Liability policies
• Collates store requests and handles scheduling of repair with the department's technical staff
• Process necessary documents and coordinate with forwarder re: shipment details from abroad
• Handle inventory of supplies, lights, and other dept. collaterals used during events
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
• Process documentation of proposed store expansionQualifications:
• At least 2 years proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a dynamic business environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with international logistics and insurance processes is advantageous.
